Welcome! My name is Sarah Menard and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist- Training. I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University with Advanced Studies in Trauma-Informed Practices. I received my Bachelor of Science in Family Human Development and my minor in Social Welfare at Arizona State University. Marriage and Family Therapy called to me after gaining an understanding that in order to solve a problem, people must collaborate for a resolution.

Taking a collective approach to therapy, my passion lies within couples, children and young adults, as well as individuals. I have obtained advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I take an understanding, empathic, and synergetic lens into the therapy room. The road to healing can come at any stage in life, and I strive to create a safe space that is conducive to feeling heard and understood. Coming into therapy can be the first step to many, and I am here to assist in the laying of stepping stones along the way. Helping individuals enhance their personal strengths, discover their voice, and live a life that aligns with their values is a cherished part of the therapeutic process. I look forward to joining the restorative journey.
