Client care coordinator

Shaye is the Client Care Coordinator at Affinity Counseling.  She is the first friendly contact our clients have with us. She is your line of communication and will walk you through getting started. She is here to answer your questions, is skilled at placing clients with the best matched therapist, and knowledgeable about additional resources in the community. She understands how scary it can be to take the first step towards therapy and how intimidating the process may feel. Her warm welcome can often make things a little more comfortable for our clients. We are lucky to have her with us!

Important things to know when getting started:

What type of therapy do I need? Individual? Couples? Family?

What days and times am I available?

Do I have insurance that is accepted by Affinity or will I be paying privately?

Do I have a preference in location for therapy? 

Do any of the therapists appear to be a better fit than another for me?
