Therapy shouldn’t feel intimidating, and you don’t need to have everything figured out to start. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can show up as you are.

I care about helping people feel heard and understood, especially when they feel stuck in unhealthy patterns or difficult relationships. My goal is to create a supportive space where people can reflect, grow, and try new ways of showing up for themselves and each other.

I am currently a Master's student at Arizona State University, where I am studying Marriage and Family Therapy. I anticipate completing my program in December 2026. My education and experiences have provided me with the diverse skills and strategies needed to integrate psychoeducation, Systemic theories, and relational therapy into my practice.

I provide services to individuals, couples, and families at Affinity Counseling as a Marriage and Family Therapy intern at Arizona State University, under the supervision of Charise Schwertfeger, LMFT (LMFT-15133).
