As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and families toward healing and growth. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona and completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe in the power of humor to create a comfortable and safe therapeutic space. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which is primarily used to effectively process past trauma. Whether you're a teen navigating the challenges of adolescence, a young adult facing anxiety or depression, or an individual coping with major life transitions, career stress, self-esteem, or family issues, I am here to support you.

I specialize in working with couples at any stage of their relationship journey. Additionally, I have experience working with military members and their spouses, addressing the unique challenges of deployments, frequent relocations, and the demands of military life. As a military spouse and sister, I bring a personal understanding of the military lifestyle, which allows me to connect deeply with my clients and their experiences. I aim to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship, grounded in empathy and understanding. Together, we will explore your challenges, uncover your strengths, and work towards the changes you desire. I believe that honesty, combined with compassion, forms the bedrock of healing and transformation.
