Clinical Supervisor

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering. I provide clinical supervision for Associates at Affinity counseling. I have experience in providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals. I strongly believe in acceptance, support, and compassion within the therapeutic relationship and encourage my clients to listen to their inner voice, nourish their self-compassion, and yield their inner strengths to create change. I am also passionate about using the power of relationships (both the relationship with the Self and with others) to create a positive impact in my clients’ lives.  

My style of supervision is collaborative and non-judgmental. I am heavily influenced by a systemic lens, which looks at how problematic behaviors and symptoms are a result of dysfunctional patterns within a system (such as the family), rather than that there is something inherently "wrong" with an individual. I specialize in relationship challenges related to communication and trust, affairs and intimacy, family transitions, and parenting. I also provide services pertaining to anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, trauma and low self-esteem.  

I received my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University Northwest in 2019. I have also completed the Level 2 Training of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
