Hello! I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree

from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals heal and strengthen their most

important relationships – with themselves, their partners, and their families. Loving and being

loved in responsive relationships is at the heart of human happiness!

I embrace a systemic view of the dynamics within a couple, family, or parenting system.

One person has the power to help shift a relationship pattern, and with two or more people

collaborating, the potential for change dramatically increases.

In my work with couples and families, I focus on building connection and emotional

attunement. I use attachment-based and emotionally focused therapies in assessing the

influence of attachment styles (typically developed in childhood) on adult relationships and

parenting dynamics. We work to create secure and attuned attachments through the therapeutic

process.

I believe that each person has more power and options available to them than they may

realize. I support individuals in developing self-compassion, healthy personal boundaries, and a

beneficial internal dialogue. My approach is one of compassion, as well as confidence in the

resilience of each person and in the potential for growth.

I find it deeply rewarding to work with individuals, couples, and families to help facilitate
