I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-21244) whose goal is to create a trusting therapeutic relationship that helps individuals feel safe and have a voice and to heal.  I work with clients of all ages, including children and adolescents, and offer resources that promote behavioral change in their personal growth.

I apply a person-centered therapeutic approach, recognizing that my clients are the expert of their own lives. My role is to guide clients to understand or discover the root causes of their problems. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which is primarily used to effectively process past trauma. I am also currently pursuing my certification in Expressive Art Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families.

I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Southern Arkansas University.
