I am an Associate Licensed Counselor with advanced training in EMDR and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)  for working with Couples, Families, Adult Individuals, and Teens. I have a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.

I believe that life is a journey full of changes and challenges that may knock us off course and sometimes help is needed to get us back on track.  My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that every person has the ability for healing and growth.  My goal will be to build a trusting relationship, rooted in empathy and understanding, that will guide you as you explore your own resolutions, find your strengths, and help to bring about the changes you seek.  Whether an individual, couple, or family I believe that truth, coupled with compassion, is the foundation that allows healing to begin.
