I feel passionate about working with others to foster personal growth, healthy relationships, and more effective lifestyle patterns. I aim to meet you where you are at, as well as to provide an empathetic and collaborative environment that can help you thrive. My goal is to empower individuals by providing support on their journey towards greater self- awareness and lasting change. I am particularly motivated to facilitate the development of resiliency, insight, and coping strategies in our youth. I aspire to provide high quality therapeutic services to individuals, children/teens, couples, and families.

I recently completed my master's program at Colorado Christian University (online), where I studied systemic interactions and counseling, earning my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Marriage and Family emphasis in December 2025. My education and experiences have provided me with the diverse skills and strategies needed to integrate psychoeducation, Alderian theories, and cognitive-behavioral therapy into my practice.
