I am a Licensed Associate Counselor trained in helping children, teens, families, and individuals who are struggling with emotional and behavioral concerns. I strive provide a safe and supportive environment that is nonjudgmental.  I believe that all people struggle and that all people are able to overcome their struggles. I strive to help clients create safe, secure, and honest relationships with themselves and those closest to the them. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and have helped clients through various life events such as emotional expression and regulation, family issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression.  I work with clients to create obtainable goals and desirable outcomes during their time in therapy. 

I received my Masters in Counseling at Arizona State University. I have specialty training in sand tray therapy, play therapy, along with other modalities of therapy used for treating couples and trauma.
