I'm a graduate student therapist working toward a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Arizona. 

Presently, I am offering therapy to couples, families, and individuals. I specialize in individual, relationship, and family challenges related to emotional attachment. I also provide services pertaining to anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, trauma, low self-esteem, and body image challenges.

I offer a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic space heavily influenced by an unyielding passion to help others. I plan to complete extensive specialized training in both Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy.

It would be a pleasure to be your teammate in change. I would love to use my passion for helping others to create a positive impact on your life.
