I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT-15894) serving couples, families and individuals. I received my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona College in New York. My goal is to empower clients to live the best version of their lives as they define it  through collaborative treatment. I believe therapy is partnership and I seek to help clients feel safe to challenge patterns, explore areas of growth and embrace healing in our work together. I approach therapy from a systemic lense to contextualize difficulties and encourage one’s power of influence in responding and improving relationships and/or other symptoms. I specialize in couples and family therapy, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. I am currently seeking training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help shape and strengthen emotional connection within relationships.
