I am currently a graduate student working towards my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health

Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies: Psychology, Chemistry and English from the University of Missouri-Columbia. I am pursuing training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, and play therapy for children.

I offer counseling to couples, individuals, children, and families. Choosing to go to counseling can be difficult, but it is a decision to help yourself that takes strength and courage. It is an investment in yourself. 

My approach is compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I want to create a space where clients feel safe and can be honest with themselves. I believe in the therapeutic relationship and collaborate with my clients to create positive change in their life. I work with clients to identify their goals and specific needs. Every client’s journey is unique and working together we can begin the healing process. My ultimate goal is to help you increase happiness in your life. I look forward to working with you!
